Dr. SANUJA S, M.Sc., M.Phil, Ph.D., is Assistant Professor in the Department of Biochemistry at Asan Memorial College of Arts and Science. She joined the institution in 2023 and possesses 2 years of teaching experience. She obtained her Ph.D. (Chemistry) from Anna University Chennai in 2017. Her research areas include Nanochemistry, Polymer Chemistry, Biopolymers, Green Chemistry, Food Packaging and General Chemistry among others. She has guided 6 PG students, published 6 papers in a highly reputed journal. Dr. Sanuja has attended 12 workshops, 2 International and 2 National conferences. She is presently a reviewer for the Journal of Food Quality (Hindawi Publisher).
